Last week our rising 9th grade Mills Middle School AVID scholars visited MUSH (Mills University Studies High School) to experience "A Day in the Life of an (AVID) high school scholar." It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Detriane Ireland, an ELA teacher at Mills Middle School. Mr. Ireland worked at Mills Middle for the past three years, this being his fourth year teaching here. Mr. Ireland will be greatly missed by the staff and scholars at Mills Middle.
